The Auction Management System (AMS) is a multi user application specifically designed to manage General Auctions. Once an Auction is defined (date, location etc), you can then progressively allocate Vendor items and publish a sales catalogue. Closer to sale day you can then allocate Lot numbers. The system then manages bidder registration, including the facility to cater for reserved bid card numbers for frequent bidders. As items are sold, bidder payments (multiple tender types catered for) can be receipted, with a bidder being able to buy items that they have won, and return later to the same auction to bid and buy again. When you are ready, you can also process vendor payments, producing a vendor payment receipt. Various reports aid in the management of an auction, such as bidders not paid and vendors left to pay. An Auction wrap report provides vital Auction statistics, including ledger postings, till balance and general statistics. An Auction performance graph allows you to conveniently compare statistics from a number of Auctions.

A database of Vendors and Bidders is maintained, making it quick and easy to process return Vendors and Bidders, and also the opportunity to direct market to them.
